What to Expect Before Your First Day

Once you accept your offer, an onboarding specialist will email you with next steps to help you prepare. These steps ensure everything is ready for a smooth start:

Your First Day: New Employee Welcome (NEW)

Morning Session (8:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m.)
In-person presentations at Miller Street Conference Center
(1000A North Miller Street, Wenatchee)

Afternoon Session (12:50 p.m.–4:30 p.m.)
Computer-based training at Campbell Building
(609 Highline Drive, East Wenatchee)

Dress Code

Business casual attire (no jeans, sweats, t-shirts, hoodies, or open-toed shoes). Scrubs are acceptable for clinical/computer training. Dress for varying temperatures. After orientation, your attire may vary by role (e.g., scrubs or department-issued apparel). Check with your manager for specifics.
