Employee Health
Healthy Employees = Healthy Patients
The Role of Employee Health in Pre-Employment Screening:
Prior to their start date, all new employees are required to have an Employee Health screening that includes health evaluation forms and immunity screenings. Our immunity requirements are based on CDC guidelines and Washington state law and vary based on your role at Confluence Health. To receive initial clearance to start, please submit your Employee Health onboarding paperwork packet . More detailed information will come to your personal email. Please make sure to check your email and thoroughly read the information and instructions.
