Pharmacy Residency Program Benefits

woman in pharmacy officeGraduates of the PGY1 Pharmacy Residency Program at the Central Campus of Confluence Health Hospital will be well-rounded, competent clinical pharmacists equipped to provide patient-focused pharmaceutical care in acute or ambulatory care settings. Upon completion, graduates will be able to practice with confidence as they meet the needs of their patients, as well as be able to teach and train the next generation of pharmacists or continue their postgraduate training in a PGY2 program.

Benefits Summary

Stipend:
$65,500

Relocation:
$1,500

Holidays:
5 of 7 off (July 4th; Labor Day; Thanksgiving; the day after Thanksgiving; Christmas Day; New Year’s Day; Memorial Day).

Uniforms:
One lab coat provided.

Education:
$500 for the year.

Travel expenses:
ASHP Midyear, Regional Residency Conference, WSU for teaching certificate activities.

Medical Benefits:
Benefits package available one month after employment.

Wellness Program:
Incentives to participate in various wellness activities.
