Anesthesia

Position Overview:

Pay range: $472,469 to $510,777.
First three months' salary guarantee, then join the pooled anesthesia compensation plan.

Position Overview:

BC/BE ENT Physician—Wenatchee

Position Overview:

Join our team as one of five outstanding ENT physicians.
Full-time position.
Open to 0.8 FTE position or 1.0 FTE position.
A four-day or five-day schedule is available.
ENT call is 1:5 (usually one weekend and one Monday–Thursday block every five weeks).
Consults at our local community hospital with a very strong hospitalist program.
One surgical day per week once the practice is established.

Radiology

Cardiothoracic Imager—Wenatchee

Position Overview:

First-year pay range: $527,906 to $570,709.
First-year salary guarantee based on MGMA/AMGA median, with RVU production in year two.
Join a team of radiologists including breast imagers, MSK, body imaging, neuroradiology, chest imaging and interventional radiology.
Responsibilities include general diagnostic radiology (excluding mammography), as well as routine fluoroscopic and ultrasound-guided procedures.

BC/BE Urologist—Wenatchee

Position Overview

Pay range: $515,487 to $557,283.
Join a team of five forward thinking and well-trained physicians and three advanced practice providers.
First-year salary guarantee based on MGMA/AMGA median, with RVU production in year two. Placement in a starting range is based on training, experience, certifications, etc. Actual salaries will vary based on the candidate’s qualifications.
Full-time position in a busy, high-quality rural practice.
Consults at level 3 community hospital covered by a very strong hospitalist program.
The practice is general, community urology with a four-county service area and no competing groups.

Up to 11 weeks of time off.

Join a team of four providers in an established women’s primary care clinic with robust specialty support.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for women’s health and be comfortable with an all-female panel.

Our DirectCare practice consists of three physicians and two advanced practice providers when fully staffed.

Work 10 flexible shifts per month (0.8 FTE).

Fast-paced walk-in clinic with higher acuity patients.

Outpatient only with no call.

Lab, X-ray, CT scan and MRI onsite.

Multi-specialty clinic with supportive team and specialists readily available for support.

Two providers, two clinical nurses and one MA per shift.

70-80 patients per shift wintertime / ~60 patients per shift summertime with two providers.
