Physician – Apply Online Process

Interested candidates are encouraged to apply online and attach a current CV, or email joinus@confluencehealth.org. Providing a phone number with voicemail capability is helpful, and adding a note regarding your specific interest in the position is also encouraged. Our in-housing recruiting staff responds warmly to inquiries directly from physicians.

Recruitment Process

1. After we receive your CV, our in-house recruiting office, and department physicians will screen it against our minimum qualifications and department needs.
2. Short, initial phone interviews are conducted by the department’s physician leader, followed by a more in-depth video interview process.
3. Email links will be sent to you that include a Pre-Interview Pre-Application Credentialing Form with which you may indicate your continued interest by providing references and brief pre-credentialing information and reference request. We like to get to know our candidates further through reference checks before making interview decisions.
4. On-site interview visits typically encompass 2-4 days and are designed to provide everyone involved the opportunity to get to know each other in both professional and relaxed settings. A Family Support Network representative can assist with local lifestyle information, while candidates particpate in the interview process. Candidates and spouses leave with a realistic look at Confluence Health, WVMG, and the community.
