In Wenatchee and at Confluence Health, Dr. Smith found a home, both personally and professionally. When she first came to Wenatchee directly following her fellowship, Dr. Smith was concerned she might miss the rigor and challenging cases of academia. That concern couldn’t be farther from the truth. As an oncologist at Confluence Health, she treats a variety of interesting and complex cases.

Dr. Smith cherishes the relationships she has developed over the years with her peers, patients, their families and the community. Perhaps nobody speaks to the ideal of Confluence Health as well as Dr. Smith, who values the role leadership has embraced to be stewards in the communities we serve.
