Confluence Health extends educational experiences to students enrolled in professional and/or occupational programs of accredited teaching institutions and/or healthcare organizations.

Student Program

This is a formal program of study in which the student is currently enrolled and is seeking a clinical rotation, clerkship, externship or practicum experience at any Confluence Health facility. An affiliation agreement with the school/program is required. [Learn More]

Observation Program

An observer is a person who is in the facility to shadow a specific person or persons. The observer will have no direct physical contact with the patient(s), nor will they direct or participate in the treatment or care of the patient(s) in any manner. Non-Employee Training Programs

A non-employee is a person employed by another facility (i.e. a hospital, EMS organization or clinic) seeking practical experience or training at Confluence Health. An affiliation agreement with the organization is required. [Learn More]
