Our healthcare organization is dedicated to supporting the next generation of health professionals through comprehensive student services. We offer educational support, professional development, community engagement, and mentorship to ensure students are well-prepared for their careers. Our initiatives foster collaboration between students, healthcare providers, and community organizations that empower individuals and strengthen communities.
Student Program
Confluence Health Student Program educational experiences are extended to students enrolled in a professional and/or occupational program of accredited teaching institution and or Healthcare Organization. This is a formal program of study in which the student is currently enrolled and is seeking clinical rotation, clerkship, externship or practicum experience.
Observation Program
The Observation Program at Confluence Health offers invaluable insights into patient care and administrative processes. Attendees gain an understanding of healthcare delivery, develop practical skills by observing experienced professionals, and build relationships that can lead to additional life opportunities. Non-Employee Training Program
Developed for non-employees working within healthcare (i.e. a hospital, EMS organization or clinic) that are seeking practical experience or training. This program can be observational (simply observing healthcare workflows) or hands-on (involved in the treatment of patients under the supervision of Confluence Health staff).
Student Service Programs may require:
- Minimum of 18 years of age and
- High school graduate
- An affiliation agreement with the school or program
- Drug screening, background check, immunization review, TB testing
- Completion of a program application
- A current professional photo
- Adherence with Confluence Health policies
