Beware of Fake Phone Calls

Please be advised that a few patients of Confluence Health have recently received fraudulent phone calls that appear to come from our main phone number: (509) 663-8711. These "spoofing" calls try to impersonate Confluence Health and attempt to collect our patients' personal or sensitive information (social security numbers, home addresses and more). Confluence Health will never call patients to ask for private information over the phone, so please be careful and don't hesitate to hang up on suspicious calls.
