CSI Program for Local Teens
Once again, Confluence Health is proud to offer its "Confluence Student Interns" Program (CSI) to local teens between the ages of 14 and 15 who are interested in learning about health careers. CSI participants will have an opportunity to learn hands-on medical skills and become familiar with different clinical departments and staff. Note: CSI is limited to 15 students.
Areas of Investigation:
- Who are the members of the healthcare team?
- What are the tools of the trade?
- Where is patient care provided?
- When can you become a team member?
- Why not?
Skills:
- Measuring blood pressure.
- Donning gloves, gowns and masks.
- High performance CPR.
- And more!
Date/Time and Location:
- July 8–12, 2024.
- 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. each day.
- CSI visits the Confluence Health Hospital—Central Campus and the Confluence Health Hospital—Mares Campus.
Registration:
- To request an application, please contact our Student and Resident Services Office via email at StudentServices@confluencehealth.org.
- Applications must be submitted by June 7, 2024.
- There is a $25 fee to cover the cost of the program's uniforms.
