New Virtual Care Service Now Available

On October 22, 2024, Confluence Health officially launched a new partnership with KeyCare—a virtual care option that allows patients to seamlessly access care 24/7 from their home or while traveling across Washington. This option is part of the new Patient Digital Engagement initiative at Confluence Health, and it dovetails with and expands upon the organization's primary care redesign efforts that have already led to improvements across the healthcare system.
