How to Schedule an Appointment
If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.
When it comes to making an appointment at Confluence Health, you have options.
- Schedule Online: New patients can book an appointment using our online tool with a primary care provider, and you can schedule a same-day/next-day appointment Monday–Saturday at our East Wenatchee location.
- Schedule by Phone: Make an appointment by phone at any location by calling (509) 663-8711 or toll-free at (800) 726-8808.
- Self-Schedule or Request an Appointment Online: If you have already enrolled in MyChart, you can log in and self-schedule or request an appointment online. MyChart is a great way to stay in touch with your care team at Confluence Health and get up-to-date medical information, all from the convenience and privacy of your own home. MyChart is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
- Schedule In Person: Make an appointment with your care team while in your doctor’s office.

New patients can book an appointment using our online tool with a primary care provider. When you're ready to make an appointment, please visit our Care Options page.
The specialists at our Clinic Patient Access Center would also be happy to assist you in selecting and scheduling an appointment with a primary care provider at Confluence Health. They will work in harmony with designated medical staff to start or update your medical record by obtaining health and family history and other information to facilitate our ability to best meet your needs. The health history and other information will be obtained at your convenience, over the phone. We look forward to taking care of all your health care needs.
