1. What is the Charity Care Program?
The Charity Care Program at Confluence Health provides financial assistance for medical services to uninsured and underinsured patients who meet the eligibility requirements.
2. Who Can Apply for the Charity Care Program?
Financial assistance and charity care for non-emergent services shall not be restricted by service area, but available to all patients living within the United States and seeking medical services at Confluence Health.
3. How Do I Apply for the Charity Care Program?
Confluence Health provides an application process. Each patient will have an initial determination and will be reviewed for other programs prior to receiving an application.

4. What Are the Qualifications for the Charity Care Program?
Charity care will only be considered after all other financial resources available to the patient have been explored and exhausted.
