One of its key features is the ability to connect you with your healthcare providers, but it also goes further by providing personalized notifications, medication reminders and more. Care Companion is available for MyChart users on smartphones, desktop computers or tablets and through the MyChart page on our website.

Note: At the present time, Care Companion is only available to patients who have been enrolled in the service by their healthcare teams.
