Our text number has changed to 29102.

As part of our commitment to making healthcare accessible and convenient for everyone, Confluence Health continually seeks new technologies and new methodologies for communicating with and engaging our patients—including the use of text messaging.

On May 20, 2024, our text number changed to 29102 (so don't mistake it for spam and accidentally block us!). Additionally, we are discontinuing the use of automated phone calls for appointment reminders, so please make sure you update your account's communication preferences so we can reach you.

If you currently receive text messages from Confluence Health, you will be automatically enrolled in our new text messaging platform (message and data rates may apply). If you haven't enrolled, it's easy to do.

There are three different ways to opt into text messages:

  1. The quickest way is to text the word START to 29102 or scan the QR code below (which automatically opens the SMS messaging app on your smartphone and adds the word START to the body of your text message).
  2. You can also log into your MyChart account, go to the section titled "Communication Preferences," then select your preferences for text messages and other notifications.
  3. Another option is to ask a receptionist or care team member about text messages during your appointment check-in at a Confluence Health clinic or facility.
