On-Demand Virtual Care

24/7 Care Over Video Chat

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.

Confluence Health is pleased to announce that we have partnered with KeyCare to provide telehealth services (virtual visits) to our patients for minor or routine medical issues. • Bites or stings
  • Burns (minor)

  • Constipation
  • Fevers and the flu
  • Headaches
  • Nausea and vomiting
  • Pink eye
  • Sinus problems
  • Sore throats
  • Sprains and strains
  • Tooth pain
  • Urinary tract infections
  • And more!

Yes, both adults and children can receive virtual care.

Yes, our virtual care options are HIPAA compliant. We protect your personal health information by using industry-standard encryption technology to secure all information shared during online visits.

With all virtual care, the details of your visit will be added to your electronic health record for your Confluence Health providers to review in the future. Additionally, if you choose virtual on-demand care, the provider who sees you will be able to review your past records in real time to help care for you.

Because virtual video care uses newer technology, there is a chance that it might not connect. Also, there are some things a provider can only do in person, so you might need a follow-up visit at a provider's office.
