Home Care Services

Since 1971, Confluence Health has provided high-quality home care services to North Central Washington. We offer individualized medical care to meet the unique needs of patients and their families in the comfort, security and privacy of their own homes. Our home care services fall under two categories: hospice and home health.

Home Health

Home health provides quality clinical services to homebound patients in their homes, assisted living facilities, or adult family homes. Home Health team members care for patients recovering from illnesses, accidents or surgery and provide assistance to those with a disability or chronic illness. Hospice

Hospice is a concept of caring that focuses on comfort rather than curative treatment. We offer a comprehensive and coordinated program of care honoring the unique physical, emotional and spiritual needs of patients based on their wishes and their family’s needs. CHAP Accreditation

Our Home Care Services team is committed to providing high quality, exceptional care. We are accredited as "Deemed Status" by the Community Health Accreditation Partner (CHAP), which is the first accrediting body in home healthcare and is solely focused on the quality of care and services in the home.
