Diabetes Education
Our registered nurses and dietitians work with you and your healthcare provider as a team to provide comprehensive diabetes education. Together we address knowledge, skills, attitude and motivation that will support your long-term health with diabetes.
Caring for You and Your Diabetes
Diabetes can be hard to manage when you don’t completely understand
it. The “Caring for You and Your Diabetes” class offers tools
and techniques you need to control your diabetes.
Four weekly sessions start on the first Tuesday of each month, from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. Dinner is included. Classes are held at Confluence Health Hospital | Central Campus & Clinics, 1201 S. Miller Street.
All patients must have a referral for Diabetes Self-Management Training. Please contact your primary care physician for details.
