Adaptive Cycling Program

BIG Program
The BIG program is designed to combat the little movements caused by the decrease of dopamine in the brain. This program retrains your brain using a high-amplitude, high-effort program that is fun but intense. It involves four sessions a week for four weeks (16 sessions in a month), and it includes daily homework or exercise. To learn more, please view our brochure here.
