Surgery
The general surgery team at Confluence Health treat many different diseases, including those that affect the esophagus, stomach, small bowel, colon, pancreas and gallbladder, as well as involving the skin, breast, soft tissue and hernias.
Between Midnight and Your Check-in Time: for your safety, your stomach must be empty for your surgery. If you eat or drink before your procedure, it will have to be postponed or rescheduled.
Our board certified surgeons provide a full range of high quality general
surgery services that are personalized, compassionate and guided by best
practices. They strive to provide care that consistently responds to patients’
needs and values.
Minimal access surgery is often performed to improve patient post-operative pain, length of stay and recovery time. Laparoscopic single incision or robotic surgery may be performed in suitable patients.
