DirectCare Walk-In Clinic

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.

Same-Day or Next-Day Care for Non-Emergency Issues

In Wenatchee, East Wenatchee, Omak and Moses Lake, our walk-in clinics have transitioned to an appointment-based model called DirectCare. When you need care quickly but don’t need an emergency room, DirectCare is here for you. DirectCare is not a substitute for emergency care.

While it is always recommended to meet with your primary care provider, sometimes important healthcare issues arise at inconvenient times. For healthcare issues that require prompt medical attention but do not pose an immediate or serious health threat, you can schedule same-day and next-day DirectCare appointments online or via MyChart. Note: Please speak with the DirectCare registration staff upon your arrival to finalize the check-in process.

Benefits of DirectCare

  • Easy Appointment Scheduling: Patients can schedule same-day or next-day appointments through their MyChart accounts or by using our website's online appointment scheduling system.

  • Improved Wait Times: By opening appointments, we minimize wait times and provide patients with more convenient, comfortable experiences.

  • Increased Safety: DirectCare is part of our commitment to maintaining safe healthcare environments. By lessening the number of patients in the clinic at any given time, we can limit potential exposures.
